The MBS Series wet rod mill is designed for wet grinding and manufactured sand production. It is suitable for processing materials that require controlled particle size, stable gradation and good sand quality.
Compared with dry sand-making processes, wet rod milling can help improve sand gradation consistency and reduce the impact of variable moisture and mud content in raw materials.
The MBS Series is suitable for manufactured sand production, mineral processing and construction material applications, especially where stable particle size and wet-process production are required.
During operation, the motor drives the drum to rotate. The steel rods inside the drum continuously impact and grind the material, reducing it to the required particle size through wet grinding.
