LZ Series Sand Making Machine
(Dry Process)
The LZ Series dry sand making plant is a modular system for manufactured sand production. It integrates crushing, shaping, screening, dust collection, fines separation and intelligent control in one dry-process production line.
The system supports automatic feeding, conveying, sand making, screening and dust control, helping produce manufactured sand with stable grading and controlled fineness modulus.
With LM, VSI-C or VSI-S rotor centrifugal sand making machines as the core equipment, the LZ Series is suitable for high-standard aggregate and manufactured sand production. It can help reduce water use and support dry or semi-dry sand production where wet processing is not preferred.
The LZ Series dry sand making plant combines crushing, shaping, screening, dust collection and fines separation in a tower-type structure. Materials are processed through each stage by gravity flow and mechanical conveying, helping improve production efficiency and reduce the footprint of the production line. The system separates qualified sand, oversized particles and fine powder during the process, allowing the final product grading and fineness modulus to be adjusted according to project requirements.
