S Series Symons Cone Crusher
(Spring, Secondary Crushing)
The S Series Symons cone crusher is designed for secondary crushing in quarry, mining and aggregate production lines. It is suitable for medium-hard to hard materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, river stone and metal ores.
Available in standard and short-head configurations, this spring cone crusher can be selected according to different feed sizes, output requirements and crushing stages.
With hydraulic overload protection, discharge adjustment and chamber clearing, the crusher supports stable operation, easier maintenance and reduced downtime in continuous production.

During operation, power from the motor is transmitted to the drive shaft through the pulley. The eccentric sleeve then drives the main shaft and mantle to perform a gyrating motion inside the crushing chamber. As the mantle moves toward and away from the stationary concave, the material is continuously compressed and crushed. The crushed material is then discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
