ZTS Series Vibrating Screen
(Triple-Shaft Elliptical Motion)
The ZTS series vibrating screen is designed for heavy-duty material classification in quarry, mining, aggregate and sand production lines. Its elliptical motion helps improve material stratification, screening efficiency and stable operation under high-load conditions.
With a multi-deck structure, adjustable vibration amplitude and robust screen box design, it is suitable for large-capacity screening of crushed stone, manufactured sand, ores and other bulk materials.

During operation, the vibration system generates an exciting force that drives the screen box to move along an elliptical trajectory. As materials move across the screen surface, particles are stratified and separated according to size.
Smaller particles pass through the screen openings, while larger particles continue moving forward for further screening or discharge. This process supports efficient material classification in aggregate, mining and sand production lines.
